What type of information we have.
We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal contact information: Name, address (only if necessary), email and telephone number.
Information about your circumstances: Estimated due date and number of children.
Other information: Previous antenatal classes attended, how you heard of classes and why you chose to attend. Birth story testimonial and photo (only with your prior written consent).
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
How we get the information and why we have it.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
You are using our website to book onto one of our courses.
You have emailed or messaged us through Text message, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp or Instagram.
You are attending a class in person and we need your contact details for NHS Track and Trace purposes.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:
Enable effective communication with you in relation to your booking.
Improve our services and ensure they are the most informative and supportive they can be.
Promote positive birth stories to help others feel more positively about birth and to market our services.
Promote upcoming events, which we feel would be of interest to you, such as coffee mornings and other meet ups.
Provide details for NHS Track and Trace if you have attended an in person class and we have been instructed to by NHS Track and Trace.
How we store your information.
Your information is securely stored on a password protected device. For tax and insurance purposes we are required to keep basic information about you (including personal contact details, financial and transaction data) for five years. After that time we will then dispose of your information.

This website is hosted by Squarespace and uses Acuity scheduling (a Squarespace company) to process bookings and PayPal to facilitate financial transactions. Before booking please ensure you have read their Privacy policies:
