A non-refundable deposit of £50 (unless otherwise stated) is required to confirm your place on a course. The balance of the course fee (minus any deposit paid) must be paid in full 2 weeks before the start of your first class. No materials or classes will be provided until full payment is received.
Cancellation and refunds.
Once course dates are agreed the fees are non-refundable, although it may be possible to reschedule private courses. If your baby is born before the course starts or in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the teacher, the course fee will be refunded promptly and in full. These are the only circumstances that a refund will be made. If for any reason you are not able to attend a class you may be able to be booked onto the missed class with the next group course (no additional fee but subject to availability) OR you can pay an additional fee for the missed class to be taken privately.
Coronavirus and in-person classes.
If Government restrictions in England mean the course can not be held in person at our venue, you will be invited to attend classes online via Zoom at the reduced online price. If you have already paid in full, you will be refunded the difference.
If you or the teacher display COVID symptoms or need to self-isolate, you will be invited to attend classes online via Zoom for the the duration of the isolation period OR you may be able to be booked onto the missed class with the next group course (no additional fee but subject to availability) OR you can pay an additional fee for the missed class to be taken privately.
Your contact details (name and phone number) will be retained for the purposes of NHS Track and Trace. They will only be shared with NHS Track and Trace if requested. Please see our privacy policy for more details on how your data is collected and stored.
Course Changes.
The teacher reserves the right to amend times, dates or published prices. Changes will be advised to participants promptly and any previously booked course will not be subject to price increases.
Intellectual Property.
Any recordings or written material included as part of this course are the sole property of Bossing your Birth and may not be used or copied other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission from Zoe at Bossing your Birth.
